Order
If you change your mind about a product purchased online or in‑store, we will offer a refund or exchange (exchanges available in‑store only) under the following conditions. Please read more HERE.
Your order may be split across multiple locations as not all stores stock all products. You will receive one shipping notification per shipment. Please check these shipping notifications as they will indicate what has been sent in that part of the shipment, and what is still outstanding.
Delivery is calculated based on the size of your order and your delivery location. We automatically select the lowest cost from our approved courier partners as you complete checkout. All deliveries are made via courier.
